ROLE DESCRIPTION

Yes, this is an entry level position but don’t under-estimate the skills you’ll need to be the best in the business for this role. A Service Advisor learns a mix of automotive knowledge and customer service skills. It’s also a great role if you want to become a Service Manager.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic role on the frontline so you’ll become proficient in problem-solving and communicating under pressure. Ingham Service Advisors are well equipped to advance to any other part of the business because of their detailed knowledge of vehicle parts and servicing requirements.
